
D&S Fine Art Editions is the printing and publishing project of Deb Chaney and Stéphane Guilbaud. Since 2019, Deb Chaney Editions and Ateliers Stéphane Guilbaud have joined forces, combining their skills and experience, as well as their studios to create opportunities for artists to work collaboratively to create fine art prints. Their studios in the southwest of France and coming soon to the Catskills in Upstate NY, provide artists the time and space to focus and create, with guest accommodations, equipment and facilities for multiple forms of printmaking, but specializing in large format stone lithography.
Deb Chaney is a Tamarind Master Printer with extensive experience collaborating and printing with artists from all over the globe. She has experience working in numerous printmaking workshops, including the Tamarind Institute in New Mexico, the Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop in NY, NY, and in her own printing studio Deb Chaney Editions, based in Brooklyn since 2010. In addition to collaborative printing, she has taught lithography at Pratt Institute, as well as The New York Academy of Art, and has taught workshops at Anderson Ranch Art Center, Penland School of Craft, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Center for Contemporary Printmaking, La Ceiba Gráfica in Coatepec, Veracruz, and Universidad Autónoma Benito Juárez de Oaxaca, Mexico.​
Stéphane Guilbaud has continuously worked in Paris as a professional fine art printer since 1979. He studied painting and and printmaking at the École des Beaux Arts of Paris, and soon after began his career at Atelier Desjobert. There he gained experience and technical expertise, and in 1985 became studio manager at Art Estampe. He has also produced numerous lithographs in the workshops of Robert and Lydie Dutrou, as well as the Foundation of Contemporary Art of Daniel and Florence Guerlain. In 1999, he had the opportunity to aquire Atelier Arts Litho where he was owner and director for 15 years. Today Ateliers Stéphane Guilbaud is installed at 63 avenue Daumesnil, in the iconic Viaduc des Arts, alongside fellow artisans and creatives. Stéphane received the prestigious title Maitre d’Arte, given by Mr. Frédéric Mitterrand, Minister of Culture and Communication in 2010, and he is also a member of Les Grands Ateliers de France. Stephane continues to work with a network of loyal clients and artists in Europe, the United States and Asia.
