In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please send a photo and a description to dsfinearteditions@gmail.com.  We will make arrangements to send a replacement as long as additional stock is available. Otherwise, we will provide a full refund of your order.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days.

Shipping includes proper packaging of your print with the appropriate and safest method. Large prints will be packed rolled in a tube or box. Small prints will be flat packed. 

Shipping also includes insurance and tracking and signature required unless otherwise specified. Please confirm you have provided complete address and contact information including a phone number and email address which is required for shipping. 

Shipping companies used are UPS, FEDEX or Colissimo/ Chronopost. 

Taxes will be charged for NY addresses. VAT will be charged for EU residents. Duties may be charged by customs and are not included in the shipping costs.
