Art Spiegelman is a cartoonist and author of the Pulitzer Prize winning graphic novel Maus. He and his wife co-founded the comics magazine RAW and has been a champion and advocate of  the art of comics. 

Trump L'oeil was published by MEL Publisher based in Paris, who publishes editions by comics artists. Test Stone was published by DCE to archive and document Art's creative process in preparing to draw Trump L'oeil.
